Just move a bit and see how much better you feel. I love to make time to workout and take care of myself in that way. For some reason, if I skip a few days, it's that much harder to get back into it, that's why it's much easier to treat workouts as a non-negotiable in my life. It really doesn't take much to start reaping the benefits. Simply walking has so many health benefits, like improving your mood, improving your cardiovascular health, reducing the risk of chronic disease, improving your brain function, supporting your digestive system, strengthening your immune system, improving your sleep and so much more.

Did you know that those who walk at least 20 minutes per day, at least 5 days per week, have 43% fewer sick days than those who exercise once per week or less? I know, right! It's true.
