Calling All Movers and Shakers!

Years ago, I wanted to find out if changing my diet without exercise will help me lose weight. My husband was skeptical since he always assumed that exercise was necessary for weight loss. Although, by eating a paleo diet back in 2012, my weight started dropping. Holy cow, not only did I lose weight, I started feeling better! I continued my research into health and wellness because even though I felt better, I still was not back to feeling like my old self. I noticed that by adding exercise into the mix, my mood improved dramatically! I continued to move my body because I discovered if I stopped exercising, I was not a happy camper. I began liking it so much that I became a certified fitness instructor and began teaching classes to help others feel the same way.
